By using our site (www.arnoldsaroundoz.com), making a purchase, or interacting with our content, you’re agreeing to play by the rules below. If you don’t agree — no hard feelings, but maybe don’t use the site, yeah?

🛍️ Shopping With Us

When you place an order, you’re:

  • Confirming all details are true and correct

  • Agreeing to pay the listed price (plus shipping if applicable)

  • Letting us charge your card or payment method for said goodies

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refund orders if something’s gone sideways (like stock issues or suspicious activity)

  • Limit quantities (if someone’s trying to buy 47 shirts, we’re gonna ask questions)

📦 Shipping & Delivery

We’ll ship your stuff as fast as we can, but keep in mind:

  • We’re often on the road (literally), so remote deliveries may take a little longer

  • Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on Aussie Post or our courier mates to get it to you safely

  • We’re not liable for delays due to shipping strikes, floods, or wild emus on the road

🤕 Liability Disclaimer

We do our best to provide accurate info, epic gear, and good vibes — but we’re human.
We’re not responsible for:

  • Typos or errors on the website

  • Losses or damages from using our products improperly

  • Cranky toddlers if your order takes a few extra days to arrive

📸 Content & Copyright

All content on our site — photos, videos, text, logos, and more — belongs to Arnolds Around Oz. Don’t go stealing it, republishing it, or pretending it’s yours, or we’ll send Reefy after you (and he bites).

If you want to share our stuff or use it for collabs, just ask — we’re friendly, promise!

Don’t hack it, spam it, or try to break it. That’s just rude.
And don’t use our site for anything illegal — we like rule-bending, not law-breaking.

We might update prices, products, policies, or even this page from time to time. Changes kick in as soon as they’re live on the site, so keep an eye out.
