AKA: What happens if things go a bit pear-shaped

Hey legends — we’re just a travelling Aussie fam trying to bring you ripper gear and top-quality goodies from the road. But we get it — sometimes stuff doesn’t quite go to plan. So here’s the go with refunds and returns.

🚐 If Something’s Crook (Faulty or Damaged)

If your order rocks up and it’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — no dramas. We’ll sort you out with a refund, swap, or store credit faster than a roo on a trampoline.

To be eligible:

  • Let us know within 30 days of receiving it

  • Keep it in the same nick you got it (unused, unwashed)

  • Hang onto your proof of purchase (email or order number does the trick)

🙅♀️ What We Don’t Refund

We can’t offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind (sorry mate, choose wisely!)

  • Digital products (like eBooks) once they’ve been downloaded or opened

  • Sale items, unless they’ve turned up broken or dodgy

  • Your order number

  • A quick explanation of the issue

  • A photo or two if it helps show what went wrong

We’ll get back to you within 3 business days, scout’s honour.

💸 Refunds & Shipping

  • If it’s our stuff-up (damaged/faulty), we’ll cover return shipping and get things sorted.

  • If it’s a change of heart or you ordered the wrong thing, return shipping’s on you.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Give it 5–10 biz days to show up — banks can be slower than a wet week.
